Highlander Class

Another great Sandy Douglass design, the Highlander is a fast and powerful dinghy. A very forgiving design, the Highlander has a great sail plan and very steady hull that provides fun racing and cruising.

Highlander Sailing 2009

With fleets spread throughout the midwest and east coast, you can be sure to find some Highlander regattas in your area.  The class enjoys a good party and the boat is easy to sail and fun in a breeze!

As you look to gain more information about the Highlander, visit the class web site.  Here you will find information about the class, classifieds, rules and announcements.  The HCIA is a dedicated group of volunteers that share the same sailing passion!
