Year in Review - Flying Scot

— filed under:

2009 was a year of transition for Dieball Sailing. This has given us the opportunity to refine our already fast Flying Scot products!

With the major events in the FSSA conflicting with many of the other class activities, coupled with the event(s) being far from our Toledo base, we took 2009 and tested some new jib shapes to find that next gear.  Our lead designer, Rick Rothenbuhler, spent a great deal of time adapting his years of one design experience into a new technology.  Dieball Sailing has chosen Azure Design Software, which has capabilities that will ensure fast, smooth and durable sails!

So just because we couldn't make the trip to Door County doesn't mean our sails didn't recognize great results in 2009.  We want to congratulate Len Guenther for an amazing win at the 2009 Flying Scot Atlantic Coast Championship!  Check out the results!

Look for our distictive logo and fresh look on the Flying Scot circuit in 2010!  Check out our prices or drop us a line!  We have a great TUNING GUIDE as well...check it out!
