Year in Review - Lightning
The close of 2009 has left us with many memories of great sailing, camaraderie and friendships. That is the beauty of sailboat racing! You can get your competitive fix on the water and hang out with wonderful people in an amazing social environment afterward.
For the staff of Dieball Sailing, the close of 2009 is a change to once again say THANK YOU to our wonderful customers and friends. You will see this in many of our class reivews of 2009. Our first year back in Independence was not without challenges, namely a tough economy. With the support, encouragement and friendships, the loft is a fun place to work! These days, the machines are buzzin' and the production list is packed with names of customers anxiously awaiting their new Dieball Sailing Lightning Sails!
We wanted to take this opportunity to toot the collective horn of those that have done well in Lightning sailing this past season (and in other classes throughout this web site). Results are really only half the story, however. We use it as a rallying point, but truly we are proud to be able to support sailors by coaching, training and educating. In 2010 this web site will be continually updated with photos, blogs, stories and videos in an effort to help you get more out of your sailing time, because let's face it...our time is being stretched thinner each day!
